## Principal Program Manager, Silicon IP

We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to join our Silicon IP team. As a Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects across diverse teams, identifying and mitigating project risks, and reporting progress to leadership and customers.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main contact for customers on IP programs

- Manage project schedules and deliverables

- Coordinate cross-functional teams globally

- Identify and mitigate project risks

- Report progress to leadership and customers

- Improve project management processes
