## Description

Product Managers are responsible for leading the strategic focus of products, defining the product vision, market strategy, and competitive analysis.

Key accountabilities:

- Define Product Strategy: Accountable for defining a product strategy that aligns with business vision, managing capabilities, balancing short-term with long-term goals.

- Cross functional alignment: Leadership of cross-functional relationships, working with various teams to ensure alignment of product strategy and goals.

- Risk and Control: Accountable for overseeing product risk management, including identification of potential risks and development of strategies to mitigate those risks.

- Product Development Lifecycle: Own product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring efficient processes and on-time delivery.

- Deliver Product Goals and Performance: Deliver clear objectives and key outcomes to steer the product vision and ensure alignment with company’s business goals.

- Data driven decisions: Monitor product performance through data-driven analysis and insights, regularly assessing progress against objectives.

- Customer-Centric Focus: Drive a customer-first approach across the product vision, ensuring customer insights and feedback are at the core of the product strategy.

- Business and financial acumen: Understanding pricing models, costs structures, and ROI to make financially grounded decisions.

Essential skills:

- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret reporting outputs and make data-driven recommendations.

- Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving.

- Delivery discipline with experience using Jira and Agile ways of working.

- Experience producing management information, dashboards, and executive reporting.

- Strong risk, control, and governance awareness.

- Stakeholder management across multiple teams.

- Strong customer journey mindset.

- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools.

- Intermediate level of Excel and PowerPoint, familiar with Basic SQL, HUE, Tableau, MS & office tools.

Desirable skillsets:

- Experience in product management/ownership.

- Experience in digital product design.

- Experience with Agentic AI, Spec Driven Development, Rapid Prototyping.

- Experience or Knowledge in unsecured lending/partnerships.

- Experience supporting customer offer lifecycle activities.

- Knowledge of market trends, competitor landscape, and ability to benchmark against set goals.
