## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist at Pfizer, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in designated areas, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures

- Effectively utilize resources to achieve work goals through client visits

- Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities

- Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels, analyze, feedback, and provide suggestions

- Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments

- Continuously improve professional knowledge and abilities under the guidance of superiors

- Execute new initiatives implemented by the company and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization

Requirements:

- University diploma in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields as required by the Pharmaceutical Representative Management Regulations

- Proficient in MS Office, good English skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Strong learning willingness and ability

- Self-motivated, able to manage pressure

- Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
