## Description

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support the achievement of business and marketing objectives with clients and partners. As a Marketing Analyst, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, execute campaigns and programs, and utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with account executives and stakeholders.

- Execute campaigns and programs, including promotions, events, marketing communications, sponsorships, partnerships, digital marketing, and sales support.

- Utilize data, analytics, and insights to measure marketing effectiveness and drive decision-making.

- Conduct analyses and research to support strategic planning and marketing plan development.

- Identify actionable consumer insights and opportunities through data analysis and consumer understanding programs.

- Ensure compliance with processes, controls, and brand standards.

- Manage marketing budgets and reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity.

- Design and update dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications:

- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree.

- Experience in media and marketing analytics.

- Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans.

- Experience in campaign execution and measurement.

- Experience in data analysis and reporting.

- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
