## Description

We are seeking a Bancassurance Sales Manager to support our partnership sales efforts with SCB. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve key financial targets.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Manage assigned segments and develop core competence and skillset required to deliver results

- Collaborate with SCB and sales management to plan and develop sales strategies

- Conduct customized field coaching and workshops for BDM and SCB sales staff

- Participate in pre-sales case studies and discussions to plan for effective deal closures

- Support case management team on underwriting to drive sales momentum

- Analyze sales performance and productivity to provide strategic recommendations

- Establish good relationships with SCB sales management, sales staff, and internal stakeholders

**Job Requirements**

- University degree in Finance/Marketing preferred

- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance or banking industry with at least 5 years at supervisory level

- Experience in Bancassurance or Partnership Sales is preferred

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

- Team player with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese/English, plus Mandarin is welcome

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
