## Description

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our Brand Strategy team at Starling Bank. As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will expand our brand story across social platforms, with a primary focus on bringing it to life authentically and ubiquitously through creator content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of the brand point of view, audience needs, behaviours, and attitudes to create relevance.

- Translate creative briefs into simple, narratively-led creator and social briefs.

- Spot opportunities for the brand to show up meaningfully and authentically on social channels.

- Define and implement measurement systems to demonstrate the value of social work for brand building.

- Manage multi-stakeholder projects across internal and external teams.

- Own timelines and budgets to deliver accurately and on time.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years working in social, with a deep bias towards strategic thinking.

- Deep craft experience in social executions with a finely tuned ability to develop strategic thinking.

- Experience working with influencers and identifying latest platform trends, behaviours, rules, functionalities, and optimisation strategies.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
