## Description

Square is seeking a Growth Partnerships Lead to design, negotiate, and scale global partnerships that fuel seller acquisition and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or growth leadership, with 7+ years in senior/team lead roles.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining a global strategy for referral and growth partnerships

- Identifying, evaluating, and securing high-impact partners

- Structuring complex commercial agreements

- Mapping and unlocking growth channels within partner ecosystems

- Delivering measurable results in lead generation, seller acquisition, and pipeline contribution

- Building and sustaining C-level relationships with partners

- Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact

- Defining and tracking KPIs for partnership success

- Building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of partnership managers

The successful candidate will be able to connect partnership strategy directly to measurable seller acquisition and revenue outcomes, and have experience working at the executive level.
