As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role within the company, providing exceptional customer service, accurately handling transactions, and maintaining the sales floor.

**Essential Functions:**

- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues

- Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help when needed

- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions

- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information

- Support opening and closing store activities, and provide customer support to all departments

- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs

**Required Qualifications:**

- At least 16 years of age

- Physical Requirements:

- Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods

- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally

- Visual Acuity - having close visual acuity for activities like viewing a computer terminal

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

**Education:**

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:**

- 10 hours

**Time Type:**

- Part-time

**Shift Flexibility:**

- All shifts are flexible

- Monday: 4 pm - 10 pm

- Tuesday: 4 pm - 10 pm

- Wednesday: 4 pm - 10 pm

- Thursday: 4 pm - 10 pm

- Friday: 4 pm - 10 pm

- Saturday: 4 pm - 10 pm

- Sunday: 4 pm - 10 pm

**Pay Range:**

- $15.00 - $19.00
