## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Weymouth Gateway store, located at 10-12 Souter Way, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5FU. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours from Monday to Saturday, 18:00-22:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.

In this role, you will be at the frontline of our retail operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for:

- Delivering five-star service at pace, even in high-pressure environments

- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to customers

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible in your approach to work.
