## Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Business Consultant to join our A&PS Delivery team in Tokyo, Japan.

As a Manufacturing Business Consultant, you will work with manufacturing customers to promote DX and support the planning and execution of business reforms.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the planning and execution of DX promotion and business reform for manufacturing customers

- Identifying issues through visualization and analysis of development processes and business flows

- Developing measures to improve business operations and efficiency through digital means

- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to promote DX initiatives

Requirements:

- Experience in leading consulting for business reform and DX promotion in the manufacturing industry

- Experience in supporting project promotion from the customer's perspective

- Experience in visualizing and analyzing business processes and developing improvement measures

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

- Experience working with development software engineers

- Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the automotive sector

- Knowledge of DX and digital engineering in product development

- Consulting or SIer experience

- Agile or waterfall development experience
