## Description

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to provide ongoing support and guidance in the administration of company salary and pay programs in accordance with the organisation's reward strategy.

The Analyst will support compensation decision-making through research, market studies, and analysis, including compensation analytics, benchmarking, and leveling roles.

Key responsibilities include:

- Consulting and advising region and leaders regarding compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, market analysis, job evaluation, and other compensation projects and initiatives.

- Administering, supporting, and providing advice and analysis for annual Compensation processes, including merit, bonus, LSEP, and NE wage increases, as well as equity/market adjustments and promotions.

- Conducting job evaluation and assigning compensation grade per Honda's job evaluation methodology.

- Gathering data from market-based compensation surveys and using spreadsheets and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience.

- 0-4 years' experience based on education.

- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
