## Description

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to translate our marketing plans into shopper-led trade marketing activities, driving sales of Red Bull products while maintaining our brand personality and values.

Responsibilities:

- Trade Execution & Field Excellence: Support national trade marketing campaigns, coordinate day-to-day trade execution, prepare field team materials, and support execution reviews and commercial meetings.

- POSM & Visibility Management: Manage POSM ordering, deployment, and distribution tracking, monitor in-store visibility and execution compliance, and track asset conditions.

- Market Intelligence & Insights: Monitor competitor activities, analyze Nielsen market data, and collect market and shopper insights from field observations.

- E-commerce & Naver Brand Store Management: Manage daily operations of the Naver Brand Store, support online promotions, and monitor sales performance and key e-commerce KPIs.

- Sales Analytics & Commercial Support: Maintain sales, distribution, and store-level databases, support trade performance reporting, and provide ad hoc analysis and commercial support.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales, ideally in Trade Marketing

- Understanding of FMCG industry and sales processes

- Solid project management skills and cross-functional work competency

- Confident user of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel or similar tool

- Bachelor Degree

- Fluency in English and Korean (written and verbal)

- Travel frequency: 0-10%
