## Description

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate and support Agile teams at Barclays, ensuring they follow Scrum principles and deliver high-quality results.

The successful candidate will facilitate Scrum events, promote continuous improvement, and act as a bridge between the team and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Facilitate events, ensuring they are positive, productive, and within the timebox

- Support iteration execution, maintaining backlog refinement and iterating on stakeholder feedback

- Optimize flow by identifying and removing conflicts, and making work visible

- Mitigate risks, identifying and escalating them to remove impediments

- Build high-performing teams, fostering Agile attributes and continuous improvement

- Manage stakeholder collaboration and build trust

- Ensure data quality and provide representation at governance forums

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex technology or change environments

- Experience operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment

- Demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and enable high-performing teams

- Experience using Agile metrics and flow-based measures

**Preferred Skills:**

- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification

- Experience working within Agile Release Trains (ARTs)

- Knowledge of Agile engineering practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation

- Experience coaching teams through Agile transformations and organisational change
