## Description

Join Red Bull's Graduate Program as an Athletes Trainee in Madrid, Spain. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience, real responsibility, and impactful projects across the business. You'll develop skills through structured training, mentoring, and exposure to different teams and functions.

Responsibilities:

- Learning & Department Exposure: Understand the Sports Marketing department, shadow cross-functional meetings, and support internal projects.

- Athlete Operations Support: Assist with branding proposals, equipment requests, and logistics.

- Logistics & Project Support: Prepare sports marketing materials, track inventory, and improve internal organization.

- Business Intelligence: Maintain internal sports databases, update reporting dashboards, and prepare internal reports.

- Personal Development: Develop project management, sports marketing, and analytical skills.

Requirements:

- Students or university graduates in Sports Marketing, Physical Education, or Sports Management (within 2 years).

- Proactive, sociable, and adaptable.

- Fluent English (written and spoken).

Benefits:
