## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Fulda for a dual study programme in Business Administration - Risk and Insurance Management (B.A.) in collaboration with DHBW Karlsruhe, starting on 1 October 2027.

**About the Role:** As a dual student, you will alternate between theoretical phases at DHBW Karlsruhe and practical phases in our office in Fulda every three months. You will apply acquired knowledge directly in areas such as product design, risk and damage management, and customer service. Additionally, you will gather project experiences and gain diverse insights across departments.

**Responsibilities:**

- Combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience in our office

- Apply knowledge in product design, risk and damage management, and customer service

- Participate in projects and gain cross-departmental insights

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma (general, subject-specific, or university of applied sciences) with good grades

- Interest in economic relationships and insurance

- Strong communication skills and excellent expression

- Enjoy advising people and presenting tailored solutions

- Value a collegial team and professional challenges
