## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in a designated area, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures

- Build partnerships with customers

- Plan and organize academic meetings or activities

- Collect market and customer feedback through company management systems and other compliant channels

- Analyze and provide feedback and suggestions

- Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners

- Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills

- Execute new initiatives and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization

Requirements:

- University diploma in medicine, pharmacy, or related field

- Proficient in MS Office, good English skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly

- Self-motivated and able to manage pressure

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

- Compliance with company policies, industry standards, and laws
