## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Sephora Roma Via del Tritone. As a Beauty Expert, you will be an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, providing exceptional customer service, showcasing high-level makeup artistry, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, including KPIs and financial objectives

- Manage inventory and visual merchandising for your area

- Develop strong relationships with partners and the sales team

- Share the brand's magic with customers and Sephora staff, demonstrating product knowledge and delivering memorable experiences

- Prepare and monitor sales reports, track individual productivity, and manage scheduling

- Organize in-store events and optimize makeup services

- Extend customer experiences and build loyalty

- Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation, adhering to Charlotte Tilbury guidelines

- Collaborate positively with colleagues and respect partner guidelines

- Be flexible and willing to travel between nearby stores

Personal Characteristics:

- Passionate about the Charlotte Tilbury brand

- Autonomous and proactive

- Dynamic and commercial-minded

- Experience as a Makeup Artist or similar

- Excellent communication skills

- Intermediate English level; additional language proficiency is a plus

- Active on social media
