## Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide/CNA to join our team in Jupiter, FL. As a Home Health Aide/CNA, you will carry out supportive duties for the Nursing Department of a healthcare provider by performing specified, non-clinical skills under the direction and supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, or other Agency designated healthcare professional.

Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance with personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living.

- Encourage client participation in activities to the extent to which the client is able.

- Assist with ambulation as instructed.

- Assist clients with transferring to bed, commode, or chair.

- Turn and position bed-bound clients.

- Measure and record intake/output, temperature, pulse, and respiration on each visit.

- Change bed linen if needed.

- Prepare simple meals following dietary instructions.

- Maintain a neat and clean environment.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

- Active CNA/HHA license

- CPR certification

- Current State License or Registration as a Certified Nursing Assistant

- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance

- Excellent customer service and strong clinical background

- Strong sense of engagement to be a team player

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 1 Pay Range: $37,440 - $43,800 per year
