At Ampol, you’ll lead a store as the face of the company, driving excellence and creating outstanding experiences for customers.

As a Store Manager, you will:

- Lead with collaboration, providing supportive leadership to guide teams toward operational excellence.

- Sound judgement with a solutions-focused approach and confidence in using POS and operational technology.

- Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service.
