## Description

We are seeking an ICUE Test Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software and firmware products.

**Responsibilities:**

- Complete QA testing for software and firmware

- Compile reports on findings and testing data gathered

- Record testing data, analyse results, and file all issues and concerns in bug tracking software

- Develop product test plans

- Provide recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders

**Requirements:**

- Solid knowledge of PCs and their various components

- Ability to troubleshoot across multiple platforms

- Experience with test plan creation

- Troubleshooting experience with Windows, Mac, and Phone devices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good understanding of severity levels, QA processes, and software development

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Experience with web testing and Qase, Jira

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with gaming and technical products

- Passion for creating technical documentation and training materials
