## Description

We are seeking a part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) Support Associate to join our team in Riga. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for supporting customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and developing our support function alongside other teams.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone

- Ensure delivery operations run smoothly

- Develop the support function with the support team and other teams within Wolt

Requirements:

- Great communication skills with a personal touch

- Customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset

- Fast learner with multitasking abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent in Latvian with professional working proficiency in English

- Availability for evening shifts (18:00-22:00) five days a week, including weekends (for part-time role)

- On-site work from the office in Riga, with remote work options on weekends

The starting salary for this role is 10.14 €/h gross (during probation) and 10.63 €/h after the probation period.
