The Porsche Zentren am Niederrhein sell Porsche, one of the most successful sports car brands in the world. Our goal is to continue this success and provide our customers with optimal care. To strengthen our team, we offer a position as a Service Advisor.

## Responsibilities

- Conduct dialogue acceptance and competent advice to our customers on all service services

- Transparent information about required work and recommended measures on the vehicle

- Active sales of service services

- Ensuring compliance with the Porsche service core process and our high quality standards

- Creation and calculation of cost estimates and offers

- Coordination of the allocation of customer replacement vehicles and efficient workshop control

- Care and expansion of long-term customer relationships through competent, friendly support

- Guaranteeing a seamless, professional and inspiring service experience for our customers

## Requirements

- Completed vocational training in an automotive environment, ideally with a technical or service-oriented focus

- Certification as a certified automotive service advisor is advantageous

- Pronounced customer and service orientation as well as high team ability

- Technical understanding and good knowledge of the Porsche product and model range are desirable

- Driving license class B

- Good English language skills in writing and speech are advantageous

- Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and patience to respond professionally to different customer types and situations

- Good organisational skills as well as a structured and efficient way of working

- Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, reliability and initiative characterise you
