## Description

Ford Racing is seeking a Global One Make Series Coordinator to join their motorsports general management group in Allen Park, MI. The successful candidate will partner with various motorsports and cross-functional teams to further develop a best-in-class Global One-Make Racing Series.

The coordinator will be responsible for running existing one-make series, developing and executing a strategy to grow the business, conquest new customers, and strengthen the Ford Racing brand.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing market strategies to grow and increase the visibility of the OMS Mustang platforms

- Identifying, analyzing, and presenting recommendations for new sources of revenue from existing Customer Racing platforms

- Coordinating with OMS customers on championship entries, vehicle sales, parts sales, vehicle delivery, and other related topics

- Managing relationships with new and existing partners supporting the championship and growing the platform as an attractive B2B opportunity

- Implementing a consistent customer and brand experience across Motorsports efforts

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business/Engineering or a related field of study

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Motorsport, customer racing, engineering, sales, strategy, etc.

- Experience in series organization and championship management

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and relationship skills

The salary range for this position is $65,100-$166,200, depending on the salary grade and the candidate's skills and experience.
