At Braze, we're a customer engagement platform that empowers brands to Be Absolutely Engaging™. We're seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build and scale our PDE (Product, Design, and Engineering) teams.

**What You'll Do** We're looking for a world-class Senior Technical Recruiter to design and execute customized recruiting strategies while serving as a Talent Partner for our hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing high-volume, high-impact searches with minimal guidance, demonstrating creativity in problem-solving and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring journey

- Developing and executing creative recruitment strategies using data from tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and Looker

- Serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders by facilitating dialogue

- Identifying and sharing innovative sourcing techniques to elevate searches

- Acting as a thought partner to hiring managers across all organizational levels

- Maintaining a stellar candidate experience at every stage

- Driving new and impactful operational processes within the TA team

- Mentoring and guiding more junior team members

**Who You Are**

- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment

- Successful track record of hiring technical talent across skillsets including software engineering, product management, and design

- Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to use data effectively

- Proven experience in independently partnering with and influencing executive leadership on hiring initiatives

- Strong knowledge and interest in technology and engineering
