## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Temple Fortune store, located at 820-832 Finchley Road, London, NW11 6XL.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to work part-time during the Christmas period, providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Friday: 05:30 - 09:30

- Saturday: 05:30 - 09:30

- Sunday: 06:00 - 10:00

- Monday: 05:30 - 09:30

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapt to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed
