## Description

We are seeking a Reference File Maintainer with experience maintaining databases in Swedish to join our multicultural team with over 54 different nationalities.

As a Reference File Maintainer, you will play a key role in a dynamic and committed team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Updating reference databases with new products and changes in the Swedish countries' markets, ensuring data quality

- Classifying products, standardizing and grouping data following company hierarchies and business rules

- Identifying required changes to the existing reference file

- Collaborating with local offices to correct inaccurate data, delete data, or add new entries

- Resolving routine exceptions and issues

- Performing quality control of maintained data and applying corrections as needed

- Maintaining documentation of processes and procedures

Requirements:

- High level of Swedish and English proficiency

- Experience maintaining and updating databases

- High school graduate or equivalent

- Highly organized with experience working accurately to tight deadlines

- Excellent communication skills (telephone and email)

- Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage
