## Description

Leidos Defence Systems Sector is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join their team in Colorado Springs, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining inventory records.

The Inventory Coordinator will report to the Inventory Manager and will be responsible for:

- Managing inventory control for fixed assets

- Conducting cycle counts and performing physical inventories

- Maintaining inventory turnover using FIFO practices

- Ensuring appropriate stocking levels are met

- Collaborating with management to coordinate shipments

- Organizing and labeling inventory systematically

- Overseeing on-site inventory management across multiple locations

- Updating and maintaining physical inventory records

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Inventory management software

- Ability to lift 35 lbs., stand for extended periods, and operate standard material transfer equipment

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Preferred qualifications include:

- Inventory management experience

- Lean Six Sigma training

The pay range for this position is $45,500.00 - $82,250.00.
