## Description

As a Global Marketing Operations Manager at 3M, you will develop, deploy, measure, and optimize global marketing programs to unlock growth at a global scale.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, shape the value story for 3M's products and solutions, and support product teams in promoting newly commercialized products.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing global marketing programs through channel partners, 3M sales teams, and direct to end-users

- Collaborating with global and area product teams, area marketing operations teams, and area sales teams

- Defining program effectiveness measurement and tracking performance

- Leading special projects and supporting annual marketing planning and activation planning processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- 8 years of marketing experience in a business-to-business environment

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA or master's degree in marketing

- Experience with B2B models and go-to-market models through industrial channel partners

- Ability to lead through influence within a matrix organization

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

The expected compensation range for this position is $188,251 - $230,084.
