## Description

As an Associate Consultant in our Consumer Goods team, you will work alongside clients to shape the future of the consumer goods industry. You will be involved in exciting projects focused on production, supply chain management, logistics, digitalisation, Industry 4.0, and operational excellence. Together with experienced colleagues, you will develop innovative solutions and implement them directly with clients.

No prior knowledge of the consumer goods industry is required – what matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to drive measurable change with our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Support clients in optimising organisational structures, production, supply chain, and logistics

- Work on projects related to operational excellence, digitalisation, Industry 4.0, and sustainability

- Analyse processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop concrete solution approaches

- Take responsibility for analyses, workshops, and presenting results

- Collaborate in international teams and work directly with clients on-site

Requirements:

- Successfully completed studies in business administration, engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or a related field

- Initial relevant experience through internships, part-time work, or entry-level positions, preferably in consulting

- Interest in operations, supply chain, production, or digitalisation

- Analytical thinking, self-motivation, and teamwork skills

- Excellent German and English language skills

- High willingness to travel domestically and internationally
