## Description

We are seeking a Property Manager to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations, maintain good tenant relationships, and liaise with contractors.

Responsibilities include:

- Supervising an on-site team

- Managing daily property operations

- Maintaining good tenant relationships

- Liaising with and supervising the performance of contractors

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline

- Member of relevant professional organizations (such as RICS, HKIH, etc.) with PMP Tier 1 license

- Experience in town hall and market management is an advantage

- Expert in financial management, tenant relations, and compliance

- At least 10 years' relevant experience in premium commercial property management, with 5 years at supervisory level

- Excellent client servicing skill and crisis management for high-profile tenants

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skill

- Familiar with smart building technology proficiency (such as IoT, AI monitoring, etc.)

- Hands-on PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Location: On-site – Hong Kong, SAR, China
