- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even under pressure

- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing situations and priorities

The role involves working flexible hours, including Sundays, and potentially full-time hours during peak periods.
