## Description

We are looking for a Principal, Strategic Finance & Analytics, Incubations to partner with business, product, and analytics leaders across Luxe, Monthly Stays, and Airbnb for Business.

As a Principal in Strategic Finance & Analytics, you will be highly visible and partner with senior leaders across each business to accelerate their path to scale. You will become the subject matter expert on the economics of these businesses, including how demand and supply are acquired, what they cost, and what they return.

Key responsibilities:

- Build business cases behind major investment decisions across Luxe, Monthly Stays, and Airbnb for Business

- Own end-to-end performance management for the incubation portfolio, including forecasting, goal and OKR setting, and executive reporting

- Track and analyze full funnel performance across demand and supply for each business

- Establish and pressure test the unit economics of each business

- Assess how investment is allocated across the incubation businesses relative to their potential

- Synthesize complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership

Requirements:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in an analytical role such as strategic finance, strategy/management consulting, investment banking, financial planning and analysis, business operations, or private equity

- Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to independently extract, analyze, and synthesize data

- Superb financial modeling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into decisions

- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
