Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-standard care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As an RBT at Above and Beyond Therapy, you will have a rewarding role with opportunities for growth, excellent support, and a competitive salary of $20-28 per hour.

## Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments

- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as directed by the supervising BCBA

- Collect data and submit session notes

- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors

- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions

- Commute to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

- Perform other assigned duties

## Qualifications and Skills

- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

- Effective English communication, verbally and in writing

- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families

- Valid state ID

- Reliable transportation

- Pass a criminal background check
