## Description

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support our Manufacturing Operations and special projects as a Finance Business Partner. You will lead end-to-end financial management of strategic projects, implement new financial processes and controls in SAP, and provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making.

**Business Partnering & Performance Reporting**

- Lead monthly financial reporting for manufacturing operations, including actuals, variance analysis, and commentary.

- Develop and maintain manufacturing operations KPIs and dashboards.

- Support the Director of Manufacturing with financial analysis and business case preparation.

**Forecasting & Business Planning**

- Lead monthly forecasting process for manufacturing operations cost base.

- Support annual business planning cycle, including budget preparation and scenario modelling.

- Provide forward-looking financial insights to support operational decision-making.

**Project Finance**

- Manage financial tracking and reporting for special projects.

- Support business case development for special projects.

- Ensure robust financial controls and reporting frameworks are in place.

**SAP Process Implementation & Continuous Improvement**

- Lead implementation of new financial processes into SAP.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Support the wider Finance team in developing best-in-class financial systems.

**Ad Hoc Analysis & Strategic Support**

- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.

- Support cross-functional teams with financial data analysis and insights.

- Provide financial input to senior leadership on manufacturing operations performance.

**Requirements**

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).

- Advanced Excel skills and ability to deal with large volumes of complex data.

- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Experience working within automotive or advanced manufacturing desirable.

- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
