## Description

This role oversees financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls at PayPal. You will ensure accurate financial information, manage audits, and implement accounting policies in line with GAAP/IFRS and SEC regulations. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving process improvements.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

- Partner with PayPal business leaders and finance organization on accounting and reporting matters

- Drive accounting support within finance transformation work programs and process enhancements

- Provide accounting expertise and leadership to finance and business organizations

- Consult with business partners to ensure awareness of significant transactions and potential accounting impact

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
