## Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Customer Experience team. The role involves working with customers to solve complex problems, accelerate adoption, and drive business outcomes with Grafana.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, direct experience with observability, and knowledge of best practices for using and deploying an observability stack.

Responsibilities include:

- Working with customers to understand their business needs and distill information into business and technical requirements

- Designing solutions, including data visualisation, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture

- Providing high-impact training, jumpstarting engagements, and offering tailored technical consulting

- Collaborating with internal teams to identify recurring issues and advocate for product improvements

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams

- Direct experience with observability

- Knowledge of best practices for using and deploying an observability stack

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Nice to have:

- Self-starter with a vision to help the company grow

- Experience with Grafana products

Compensation:

- £103,900 - £124,500 per year
