## Description

City Square Medical Group in Tower Hamlets is looking for a Salaried GP to work 4-6 sessions across two sites, Deancross Street and Cable Street branch. The practice has a list size of over 13,000 patients and uses EMIS Web. As a Salaried GP, you will be part of a team of doctors, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.

**Main Duties:**

- Undertake surgery consultations, telephone/video consultations, and queries in a timely manner

- Make professional, autonomous decisions regarding patient care

- Assess healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems

- Develop care plans for patients in consultation with them and in line with current practice disease management protocols

- Record clear and contemporaneous consultation notes

- Contribute to QOF and PCN requirements

**Responsibilities:**

- Be aware of and comply with all relevant practice policies and guidelines

- Commit to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice

- Contribute to evaluation/audit and clinical standard setting within the organisation

- Maintain a good working relationship with staff, doctors, and patients

**Requirements:**

- GMC registered

- MBBS or equivalent medical degree

- Inclusion on the Performers List

- Medical Indemnity

- Experience with British Health Care and Primary Care Systems

- Enhanced DBS Check

**Desirable Qualifications:**

- MRCGP

- Experience with EMIS clinical system
