## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Brent Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Provide product recommendations and drive sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work flexibly across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

**Working Hours:**

- Sundays: 23:00-05:30

- Wednesdays: 23:00-05:30

- Potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods (13th and 20th December)

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Flexibility and adaptability

- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

**What We Offer:**

- Competitive hourly rate

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for shifts between 22:00-06:00
