## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Activation Manager to join their team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will collaborate with major functional areas, including Business Development, Alliance Management, and Project Management, to ensure the smooth start-up of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and evaluating fundamental issues pertaining to Site Start-Up, project regulatory pathway, and patient enrollment

- Ensuring all project deliverables meet internal and customer expectations

- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers

- Providing oversight of all project start-up deliverables, including life cycle maintenance regulatory activities and study maintenance

- Managing integrated timelines and reporting weekly progress

- Preparing and presenting overall SSU strategy and status at client meetings

- Reviewing project SSU budget and taking corrective measures where necessary

- Using professionally recognized tools for planning and management of scope, timeline, and resources

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).
