As the Data Center Manager, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the operational excellence of our Ellendale facility. Your day-to-day will involve guiding a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations while developing and implementing best practices to maximize uptime.

Responsibilities:

- Guide a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations

- Develop and implement best practices to maximize uptime

- Serve as the key point of contact for all on-site activities

- Respond to technical emergencies and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in data center operations

- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role

- Demonstrated experience with data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems

- Proficiency with the Linux Operating System

- Experience using data center management tools and software

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations

- Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash

- Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Network+)
