## Description

We are seeking a Merchant Onboarding Associate to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Merchant Onboarding Associate, you will play a key role in setting up our restaurant and retail partners for success by creating high-quality menus and assortments and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Creating menus and assortments for partners

- Maintaining dialogue with partners to ensure alignment on their offerings

- Working with internal and external systems, including AI tools

- Assisting the team with onboarding-related tasks

- Sharing best practices and challenging the status quo

Requirements:

- Fluent in Danish and English

- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly

- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is advantageous

- Excellent communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Structured and service-oriented mindset

- Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
