## Description

As a (Senior) Manager in the SAP FICO area, you will work across Germany in our hybrid work model, designing modern digitalisation solutions for finance and controlling with our clients. You will continuously develop our SAP portfolio and play a key role in implementing forward-thinking SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute SAP FICO projects independently, focusing on end-to-end process landscapes, from analysis to successful implementation

- Develop and implement tailored SAP FICO solutions, ensuring seamless integration with adjacent modules and business processes

- Take overall responsibility for a portfolio element in the context of SAP Finance & Controlling

- Lead projects, manage budgets, and act as a central point of contact for clients

- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and development for internal colleagues

- Contribute to sales and presales activities, developing solution concepts and supporting bid teams

Requirements:

- Completed studies and at least 6 years of experience in consulting or in-house consulting with a focus on SAP FI and/or SAP CO

- Passion for technical and strategic leadership and building partnerships

- Expertise in SAP FI and/or CO, S/4HANA environment, and experience in leading SAP finance projects

- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and represent MHP internally and externally
