## Description

WXIA WATL-TV Atlanta, a TEGNA-owned NBC/MNTV affiliate, seeks a results-driven Account Executive to grow new business and manage advertising clients across a strong cross-screen portfolio.

You will sell the full range of TEGNA's offerings, including NBC/MNTV broadcast television and Premion streaming/CTV advertising, to deliver multi-platform solutions that meet client goals.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive new business and build a strong pipeline of local and regional advertisers

- Sell strategically and consultatively to create tailored solutions tied to measurable outcomes

- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing business

- Grow and defend your book of accounts, expanding them through upsell and cross-sell

- Pitch with data, building compelling proposals that demonstrate ROI

- Run your business, managing pipeline and forecasting accurately

Requirements:

- 1-3+ years of media, digital, or advertising sales experience with a proven track record

- Ability to prospect, open new business, and build a self-sustaining pipeline

- Command of the modern media landscape, including broadcast TV, streaming/CTV, and digital

- Experience selling to business owners and/or agencies

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

- Fluency in turning data into a clear ROI story

- Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office
