## Description

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Industry & Enterprise team, which helps clients reinvent their industries and core businesses using industry insight, business transformation, AI and data. As a consultant, you'll design and implement business solutions that drive industry, functional and technology transformation, addressing industry-specific challenges through enterprise AI, data analytics and decision science.

You'll have the opportunity to work on industry research, AI strategy and data-driven transformation projects, helping clients unlock business value through innovative technologies and AI-powered solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should:

- Be curious about business and industry trends

- Want to see how data and AI change business operations

- Enjoy analyzing problems and finding solutions

- Be able to create measurable business value

- Have a Bachelor's degree or above, with majors from any discipline welcome (AI, data analysis, business analysis, computer science, statistics, mathematics and engineering-related majors and backgrounds are preferred)

- Be proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

- Be digitally savvy, curious and passionate about technology, with an interest in emerging technologies, business innovation and the application of AI in work and daily life

- Possess strong AI literacy and critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage AI to support learning, analysis, problem-solving and value creation

- Have strong quantitative problem-solving skills, with a desire to develop and deepen consulting capabilities

- Be able to work collaboratively with different people, effectively articulating ideas to help teams or workgroups achieve their goals

- Be able to adapt, overcome obstacles to achieve and deliver results, with the courage and flexibility to undertake work responsibilities in different projects/locations
