- Conduct user research to understand needs, validate design decisions, and translate insights into actionable design improvements

- Maintain a high craft and quality bar, ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and polished experience

- Contribute to design systems and patterns that scale across the North platform

- Partner with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and make pragmatic tradeoffs when needed

- Cross-Functional Partnership: You have a collaborative approach to product development, working closely with Product Managers to identify opportunities, with Engineers to navigate technical constraints and review implementations, and with stakeholders across the organization to align on solutions

- User-Centered Approach: You have a deep commitment to understanding user needs through research, data, and direct engagement

- Design Excellence: You have a meticulous attention to craft and detail, and you're proficient in Figma

- Communication Skills: Clear, proactive communication that keeps distributed teams aligned

- Annual enrichment benefits: Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit
