## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HPE Networking SMB Digital Sales Representative to join our team in the Czech Republic. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing our SMB customer base in the Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

- Sell HPE Networking products and services to SMB customers based on defined account strategies and plans

- Create account and sales plans for medium to high complexity accounts

- Generate, qualify, and review new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure

- Understand client requirements and competitively position company solutions to meet their needs

- Build targeted sales pipeline and forecast data-driven sales activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/Sales)

- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience or equivalent

- End-user sales-oriented, proficient account management, acquisition, retention, and development skills

- Proficient understanding of company's portfolios of products and services

- Fluent in Czech and English languages

- Ability to collaborate within a team and may lead a sub-team
