## Description

At Capital One, our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) teams are seeking a Senior Associate, Supplier Management. As a Senior Associate, Supplier Management, you will be responsible for the holistic relationship between Capital One and key third parties, enabling a well-managed and adaptable supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing problem-solving and innovative ideas to support internal customers and identify value-generating opportunities

- Negotiating contracts for a broad range of services for Capital One

- Serving as a primary point of contact for third parties and managing effective governance between Capital One and assigned third parties

- Partnering with internal risk groups to ensure third-party relationships are compliant with all relevant policies and procedures

- Monitoring and ensuring successful delivery against third-party contractual obligations

- Maintaining awareness of external marketplace as it relates to suppliers and performing sourcing activities where appropriate

Basic qualifications:

- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification

- At least 2 years of experience in Relationship Management, Supplier Management, Project Management, or Process Management, or a combination

Preferred qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 4 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Operations Management, Risk Management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Associate, Supply Chain Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Associate, Supply Chain

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
