## Description

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in St. Helena, California. As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will deliver evidence-based care to patients, establish timely treatment plans, and build relationships with hospital staff.

**Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Physical Therapist**

- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome

- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs

- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members

- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

**Qualifications**

- Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program

- Current or pending state licensure

- Basic Life Support certification

**Compensation**

- Pay Range: $93,000 - $133,000/year
