## Description

We are seeking a full-time GP Telephonist to join our expanding multi-site GP practice based in Central London. As a Telephonist, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, taking and relaying messages efficiently, and ensuring the smooth transition of calls and patient needs are met.

**Main Duties:**

- Answering telephone calls and taking messages

- Aiding Receptionists with administrative tasks such as contacting patients to book appointments and relaying messages

- Delivering excellent patient service

- Working in a team environment

**Requirements:**

- Professional telephone voice

- Charismatic personality and excellent patient communication skills

- Confident and polite telephone manner with excellent command of English

- Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

**Desirable Criteria:**

- Previous experience in a GP Practice

- Experience of using EMIS Web
