## Description

As a Client Engineer at Glia, you'll help customers resolve complex technical problems, provide proactive guidance, and add value through Glia's technologies.

You'll deliver recommendations to make customer integrations secure, scalable, and seamless. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

- Resolving technical inquiries with customers and partners

- Helping them achieve their goals through Glia's Digital Customer Service platform

- Maintaining high standards while working with customers' developers, architects, business analysts, and support personnel

- Collaborating with Glia's Product and Engineering teams using JIRA tickets and Slack

- Providing support to clients through effective troubleshooting on bugs and defects

- Influencing customers to implement best practices

Requirements:

- 2+ years in software development, technical support/service, support engineering, or related

- Good knowledge of RESTful technology, previous experience with APIs, and ability to understand and troubleshoot issues with cloud solutions

- Strong customer empathy and excellent communication skills

- Firm understanding of the technology stacks common to the Web ecosystem

- High competency in communicating complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences

- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
